The purpose of this website is to provide the community with a way to reach me, Michael Mayo, and some of my CRM Developer and Architect friends, John and Bullitt, as well as provide you with some (free) information that may help you benefit from our combined vast experience with CRM Solutions. 

Brief background:

I first began designing CRM solutions for small to medium sized companies in the late 1990's using custom tools as well as Microsoft Access and other custom solutions involving a database to store the information and a custom user interface taylored for the business process flows, and recognized the value add in bringing companies closer to the sum of the data sitting in their customer base. As market recognition of Business Solutions Specialists began to grow, I grew with the market, and when Microsoft Dynamics released the first alpha versions of its own version of a customizable software, I began to work for Microsoft partners in the Small to medium sized market. I've delivered solutions for and provided training to both the end customers as well as the Consultants who provide these solutions, dividing my time in the field and providing classroom training to Microsoft Gold Partners, as well as to Microsoft's internal staff in support of their own internal deployment. I now spend all my time in the field delivering solutions at both the SMS&P and Enterprise level, with experience in all markets including the financial, healthcare, government and retail verticals.

I recognize the need to disseminate some of my experience to the CRM Community, because I find the CRM Community to be a very friendly and close knit group of people who were willing to help me better understand CRM Products and Solutions, and would like to return the favor. I know that working in project delivery is very time consuming, and the more additional technical information that our community can use, the better.
